1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the entire relationship between op12 and each individual who uses the op12.my platform ("Member" or "you"). This Agreement comes into effect as soon as you complete the account registration process at op12.my or use any service offered by this platform.

Op12 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at the platform's sole discretion. 2 Membership Eligibility

Use of the op12.my platform and all related services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. op12 carries out strict age verification and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• Nationality & Residency: You must be a resident of Malaysia and legally permitted to use online gambling services under applicable Malaysian law.
• Legal Eligibility: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are subject to a court order restricting financial activity are not eligible to register.

3 Account Registration & Member Responsibilities

Each member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the op12 platform at any time. Holding more than one account — whether registered under your own name, a family member's name, or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and your actual date of birth.

Op12 reserves the right to request any identity verification (KYC) documents — including a copy of your Malaysian identification card, bank statement, or proof of address — at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

Op12 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions on the op12 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). op12 does not accept any foreign currency.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same member's name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Op12 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges – please check directly with your provider.
• Op12 reserves the right to request proof of transaction or additional verification for deposits exceeding certain limits, in accordance with the platform's KYC procedures.

5 Winnings Withdrawal

Op12 members may withdraw their winnings at any time, provided all applicable bonus rollover requirements have been met and the account is in good standing (not under suspension or investigation).

• Minimum Withdrawal: RM20 per withdrawal request.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for regular members. VIP members enjoy faster processing times based on their membership tier.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method as your most recent deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the op12 finance team.

6 op12 Bonus & Promotions Terms

Op12 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload deposit bonuses, and tournament events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each respective offer.

The general terms applicable to all op12 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus carries a rollover (wagering requirement) that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. The rollover requirement will be clearly stated on each offer.

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Op12 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion that these terms have been violated
• The member fails to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity or transactions
• The member has chosen to self-exclude from the platform
• Op12 is required to do so by a court order or directive from the relevant authorities

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting op12 customer support via email at [email protected]. Any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the required identity verification process, provided there are no pending withdrawals or ongoing investigations.

10 Responsible Gambling

12 op12's Liability Limit

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the op12 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits or opportunity.
• Inability to access the op12 platform due to internet disruptions, user device issues, or other factors beyond op12's control.
• Any action or omission by a third party that affects a member's transactions or gaming experience.

Op12's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendment of Terms & Conditions

14 Laws & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to good-faith negotiations between both parties.

• If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
• Members agree that any action or proceedings arising from or in connection with these terms shall be brought exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with Malaysian law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
